Can I mount it anywhere?
Absolutely. The strong magnetic back allows you to snap it onto tripods, metal surfaces, or mounting plates — horizontally or vertically.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our international warehouses to ensure worldwide availability and consistent product quality.

How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.
Occasionally, it may take an extra 7–10 business days during holidays or high-demand periods.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Most countries don’t charge additional import fees for personal-use items.
However, any applicable customs or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return my order?
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos or video proof, and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be modified.
